Shipping Policy
At Dante Fine Foods, we work with select specialty suppliers and brand partners to offer a curated assortment of gourmet products. Because some items are fulfilled by third-party supplier partners, shipping methods, transit times, packaging, and delivery schedules may vary by product and supplier.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1โ3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Certain fresh, refrigerated, frozen, or highly perishable items may follow a supplier-specific shipping schedule to help preserve product quality during transit.
Some supplier-fulfilled orders may only ship on select business days to avoid extended transit times over weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options are shown at checkout when available. Depending on the product, orders may ship via standard ground delivery, expedited shipping, or overnight service.
Certain highly perishable items, including products such as caviar, foie gras, fresh foods, refrigerated products, or frozen goods, may require expedited or overnight shipping and may only ship on specific days of the week.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier, destination, carrier, and product type. Some non-perishable or select gourmet items may arrive within 3โ7 business days, while certain perishable products may ship on a more limited schedule and arrive sooner through expedited services.

Perishable Products
Perishable and temperature-sensitive items may be packed in insulated packaging with cooling materials such as ice packs to help maintain quality during transit.
Once delivered, these items should be brought indoors and refrigerated or frozen promptly, as applicable.
Because of the nature of these products, we recommend that customers monitor tracking information closely and make arrangements to receive or store perishable items as soon as possible after delivery.
Shipping Coverage
Shipping availability may vary by supplier and destination. Some suppliers may ship only within the contiguous United States, while others may offer different coverage depending on the product.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, certain brands or products may qualify for free shipping based on supplier-specific thresholds or promotional offers. These offers may vary by brand, category, order value, and destination, and will be reflected on the site or at checkout where applicable.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, supplier processing constraints, or other events outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
Damaged or Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, delayed in a way that affects product quality, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at costumerservices@dantefinefoods.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the matter with the applicable supplier partner.
