Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed, we may issue a refund if the claim is approved.
The ice packs melted. Is my caviar spoiled?
Not necessarily. We include enough ice packs with all refrigerated and frozen orders to help maintain a cool temperature during transit.
The gel packs are designed to melt by the time your package arrives, making your caviar ready for refrigeration right away. As long as the product remains partially cool upon arrival, it is generally safe to refrigerate and consume.
How long does caviar stay fresh?
For the best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying caviar within 3 days of receiving it.
Unopened tins of caviar can generally be stored in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks. Non-sturgeon roe, such as Salmon Roe or Trout Roe, typically lasts about 2 weeks refrigerated or up to 1 year when frozen.
Once opened, caviar is best enjoyed within 5 to 7 days.
How should I store caviar to preserve freshness?
For optimal storage, keep caviar in the coldest part of your refrigerator, ideally between 28ยฐF and 32ยฐF.
Avoid full freezing. Properly stored, most caviars remain fresh for 4 to 6 weeks unopened.
What are your active days for overnight delivery?
We ship overnight Monday through Friday until 5:00 PM ET.
All caviar orders placed after Friday, 5:00 PM ET will be shipped overnight on Monday.
Saturday delivery may be available for an additional $75 express fee.
Please note that overnight shipping refers to the transit method and does not guarantee same-day fulfillment.
When should I contact you about an issue with my order?
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
